Our Approach

No children are the same, no schools are the same, no school grounds are the same. We fit our work to suit your budget.

Many manufacturers of outdoor provision offer 'off the shelf equipment', whether it be a shelter, seating or play structure. We believe that our approach should take into account that every project must respond to a unique set of requirements.

To allow this to happen we firstly assess the schools requirements

"I always start by talking to teachers. If a space or structure is to be planned successfully then I need the input of those who will be using it. Teachers can also tell me if there are certain learning or curricular issues that can be addressed through a structure. Maybe it can be designed in a way that encourages communication, or can help staff deliver maths"  -Lewis Morgan

From here a design phase can involve pupils. They can get to learn about the design process, about materials and construction techniques and their ideas can influence the design.

"This part of the process is really important to me. Children always come up with ideas I never would have thought of, enriching the whole design process, and making the final structure genuinely unique"

From this point the structures are made at our workshop in Lincolnshire, then brought to site and installed by our skilled and experienced team.

sustainably sourced, recycled yet durable materials are used for our structures, from recycled plastic timber to cedar shingles.
